Two routes, both free. Register yourself on the portal — you choose the username and password, and it is live in about two minutes. Or send the desk your name, preferred account name and WhatsApp number and we open it. No documents at any stage.

Nothing to open, nothing to recover, nothing for support. The only money involved is your own funding — from PKR 500 by Easypaisa or JazzCash, PKR 1,000 by bank. Anyone charging an "account fee" is charging for something that is free.

Yes — two words for one thing. A single username and password covering cricket, casino and the wallet together. There is nothing extra to register, and no reason to hold two.
How it works- 04Why does my balance look lower than it should?
Almost always exposure. Money committed to positions that have not settled sits in exposure, not balance — it is not gone, it is just not available yet. Your statement will show the stake lines that moved it.

Requests are processed in the order they arrive, then the money moves at your provider’s speed. Minimum PKR 1,000, paid only to a wallet registered in your own name.
