Login from abroad

Overseas Pakistanis log in from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK and elsewhere every day. On most networks the current domain loads without a VPN. The nine reasons a login fails, in the order the desk checks

1. Retired link. The domain in your browser is an old one or a copy. Compare it with the link the desk sent.
2. Space or capital in the username. Delete and retype by hand; do not paste from WhatsApp.
3. Dealer-reset password. Dealers reset passwords when a user reports a problem, sometimes without telling the user. Ask.
4. Suspended account. The message usually says “blocked” rather than “invalid”. The suspended-account guide has the causes and the restoration path.
5. Old app build. Blank page or endless spinner after a domain move. Reinstall from the official download page.
6. Network block. Loads on Wi-Fi but not mobile data, or the reverse. Switch, or use the alternate domain.
7. Browser cache. A cached copy of a retired page. Private window, or clear the site data.
8. Platform maintenance. Rare, usually late night, and over within the hour.
9. Account not yet activated. You registered but the first deposit has not been confirmed. Send the deposit screenshot.

Nine out of ten cases are the first three. A message to the desk with the exact link you used, a screenshot of the error and your username — never the password — gets a corrected link or a reset within minutes.

Password reset, and why there is no email link

The platform has no “forgot password” email. Passwords are reset inside the panel by the desk that holds the account, after confirming your username from your registered mobile number. After a login from an unknown device

If you see a session or activity you do not recognise — a bet you did not place, a login notification from a city you are not in — do three things in order: change the password from the dashboard; message the desk from your registered number so the account is watched and any pending withdrawal is held; and check the statement for what was placed. Because withdrawals go only to a wallet in your registered name, a thief who has your password can bet your balance but cannot cash it out; speed limits the damage to the bets. A monthly login routine

Ninety seconds, once a month, saves most of the messages above: confirm the app opens and logs in (if not, reinstall before you need it on a match night); confirm the link the desk last sent still loads; log out of any PC you used; and glance at the statement for anything unfamiliar.
