What the app is for — and what it is not

The BetPro app is a container for the website. Everything you can do in a browser after login — see balance and exposure, open markets, place and cancel bets, read My Bets and the statement — you can do in the app, with the same username and password. What the app cannot do is anything that changes the account itself: it cannot open one, reset a password, raise a limit, update a registered number or set a payout wallet. Those are desk actions, requested from your registered number, and they are kept off the app on purpose so that whoever holds your phone cannot change where your money goes. The one source

betproexchangeaccount.com/download — the page maintained beside our portal, always carrying the current Android build. The desk sends the same link after every account is opened. There is no Google Play or App Store listing, because the stores do not list real-money betting apps for Pakistan; that is a distribution fact, not a quality signal.

Because there is no store, the file’s source is the entire safety question. A build from an APK aggregator, a Telegram group or a YouTube description may be the real app re-uploaded months ago (and now pointing at a retired domain), or the real app repackaged with code that forwards your login or swaps the deposit number. It looks identical until the balance is gone.

Install on Android

1. Open the official download page on the phone; tap the Android button (about 15 MB).
2. Tap the downloaded file. Android asks to allow installs from this source: Settings → Allow → back.
3. Install. Play Protect flags every betting APK not distributed via Google Play, genuine or not — choose Install anyway if you downloaded from the official page.
4. Open, log in with your account credentials, change the password if you have not already.

Requirements: Android 7 or newer; 50 MB free; 2 GB RAM (4 recommended for live markets). Phones from the last six years qualify.

Login in the app

“BetPro app login ID and password” is searched as if the app had its own. It does not: the “Live users login” form inside the app is the website’s form. If the app rejects credentials that work in a browser, the app build is old or modified — reinstall from the official page. If both reject them, the problem is the credentials or the account status, and the login guide has the nine checks in order.

Versions and domain moves

The platform occasionally moves domains. When it does, the build on the official page is replaced with one that points at the new address, and every older build shows a blank page, an endless spinner or “cannot connect”. There is no version number to check; the practical test is whether the app logs in. If not: uninstall → download current build → install → log in. “Old version” downloads make it worse, because they point at even older addresses.

Some builds show an “update available” prompt after a move. Follow it only if it opens the official download page; if it opens any other site, close it and download manually.

iPhone

No APK runs on iOS and no App Store app exists. The working method, used by every iPhone user on the desk: open the current official link in Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen → Add. The icon opens full-screen, keeps the login, and behaves like an app. It does not follow domain moves automatically; when the link changes, add the new one.

What a genuine build looks like

• Permissions: network only. A build that asks for SMS, contacts, storage or accessibility on install is not the platform’s — those permissions are what credential-stealing builds use to read OTPs and overlay fake screens.
• First screen: the “Live users login” form — username, password, login. Nothing else.
• After login: balance and exposure at the top; Cricket first in the sports menu; casino and Aviator tabs; My Bets; Statement.
• Deposit screen: the genuine app has none. Deposits are arranged with the desk in chat. An in-app “deposit” screen showing a wallet number is the signature of a modified build.

Account management from the app: what you can and cannot do

The right-hand column is the account’s security model. Nothing that moves money out or changes who can, lives on the phone.

Data, battery and storage

The app fetches everything from the panel; it stores no balance or history locally. Uninstalling or clearing its data changes nothing about the account. Live markets refresh prices every second or two — roughly 20–40 MB an hour with several markets open, and noticeable battery use on older phones. Pre-match browsing costs almost nothing. On a low-memory phone during a busy live market, the browser is often smoother; the markets and the placement delay are identical.

App vs portal

Two different things with confusable names. The app is where you use the account. The portal (BP Exchange Wallet, betproexchangeaccount.com) is where you request an account, reach support and find the download page; it holds no money and has no betting login. A page using the portal’s name with a login form is a copy. The security page lists the patterns that give copies away.
