Terms of Use: The Rules Between You and the Desk

1. Who we are

BetPro Account Pakistan (“the desk”) operates a master-level panel on BetPro Exchange. The desk opens user, dealer and master accounts, credits deposits, pays withdrawals, sets limits, resets passwords and restores suspended accounts. The desk does not operate the platform, its markets, odds or settlement, and cannot alter them. Using the desk means accepting these terms and the platform’s own market rules.

2. Accounts

One account per person. Registration requires your name — as shown on the wallet you will use — and a mobile number; no documents. You must be 18 or over. The issued password must be changed at first login and must not be shared; the desk never asks for it. Accounts found to be duplicates, shared, held by minors, or funded by reversed payments are suspended under the rules on the suspended-account page.

3. Money

Deposits are accepted only from a wallet or bank account in your registered name, to the receiving number the desk confirms in your conversation at the time. Withdrawals are paid only to a wallet or bank account in your registered name, minimum PKR 1,000, with no fee from the desk. The desk credits and pays by hand; typical times are published monthly in the Account Health Index and are not guarantees. Never reverse a deposit after it has been credited; it is treated as fraud.

4. Bonus

The desk credits 30% of the first deposit on every new account it opens, at activation, as ordinary balance. One bonus per person; first deposit only; own-name wallet required. Later deposits are credited 1:1. Full terms on the funding page. Bonus and referral credits are paid by the desk from its own funds and may be withdrawn as an offer for new accounts at any time; credits already made are not reversed.

5. Limits

The desk sets each account’s exposure limit at opening and may raise it on request or reduce it for the conduct listed in section 2. Per-market maximums and minimums are the platform’s.

6. Settlement and disputes

Bets settle under the platform’s market rules, which the desk cannot override. A settlement dispute must reach the desk within 24 hours with the market, your bet slip and a link to the official scorecard; the desk checks the market’s definition and escalates genuine errors to the panel above. Complaints about the desk itself are reviewed by the desk lead within one day.

7. Recovery and closure

Password resets, number changes and suspension reviews are actioned only on request from the registered mobile number after the checks described on the recovery page. You may close your account at any time by withdrawing the balance and asking; self-closed accounts are not reopened for 30 days.
