Privacy Policy: What We Collect, Why, and How to Delete It
BetPro Account Pakistan collects four things: your name (to match wallets), your mobile number (to reach you and verify resets), your deposit and withdrawal records (to reconcile), and a hashed password on the portal. Nothing else — no documents, no card numbers, no wallet PINs, no contacts, no location. Data is kept while the account exists and for 12 months after closure, is shared only with the payment provider processing your transaction, and is deleted on request from your registered number.

What we never collect
Identity documents. Card numbers. Wallet PINs or OTPs. Contacts, location, device identifiers. Photos or selfies. Anything a message claiming to be us asks for that is on this list is a reason to stop replying — the security page explains.
Who sees it
The desk staff who need it to act on your request. The wallet or bank processing a specific transaction sees the recipient name on that transfer. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or post data, and we do not use it for marketing — the desk never messages first.
How long
While the account exists, and for 12 months after closure for reconciliation and dispute purposes. Then deleted.
Your rights
Ask from your registered number to see what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Deletion follows closure and balance withdrawal; transaction records are kept for the 12-month period and then removed. Requests are handled within seven days.
This website
Static pages. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics scripts, no advertising. The only external requests are to fonts hosted on our own domain. Links to the portal carry a source tag so the desk knows which page you came from; nothing personal is in it.
