Confirm the current receiving number in your existing support chat, send PKR 500 or more from a wallet in your own name, screenshot the receipt and send it with your account name. Credit normally lands within five minutes. Bank transfers start at PKR 1,000 and follow banking hours.
- 01Easypaisa / JazzCash minimum: PKR 500
- 02Bank transfer minimum: PKR 1,000
- 03Typical credit: 1–5 minutes after the receipt arrives
- 04The sending wallet must be in your own name
- 05Confirm the receiving number before every single deposit
- 06The desk adds no fee — your provider may charge its own
Six checks before you send anything {#minimums}
They take under a minute and prevent nearly every funding problem there is:
- The receiving number, confirmed now, in your existing support chat
- The amount, at or above the minimum for your method
- The sending wallet, in your own name
- Your account name, ready to send with the receipt
- A screenshot, taken before you close the wallet app
- Offer terms, asked about before accepting one
Minimums and timings
| Method | Minimum | Typical credit |
|---|---|---|
| Easypaisa | PKR 500 | 1–5 minutes |
| JazzCash | PKR 500 | 1–5 minutes |
| Bank transfer | PKR 1,000 | Same day, banking hours |
Below the minimum a transfer cannot be credited and must be returned — which costs a transfer fee in each direction and achieves nothing. Check the figure before pressing send.
Your provider may charge its own transfer fee on top. That is an Easypaisa or JazzCash charge, not a desk charge; their schedules are published on their own help pages.
Why the sender name decides everything
Every incoming transfer arrives carrying a sender name and number, and matching it to the right account is a name-matching job.
When the name matches the account, it takes seconds — it is essentially automatic. When it does not, somebody has to work out whose money this is by hand, usually by asking. That is where hours go.
There is a second reason, and it is the one that bites later: withdrawals are paid only to a wallet in your own registered name. Funding from a relative’s wallet creates a mismatch between where the money came from and where it is permitted to go, and that surfaces at the worst possible moment — when you want to take money out.
Fund from your own wallet. If there is genuinely no way to do that, tell the desk before you send, not afterwards.
Easypaisa, step by step
- Confirm the current receiving number
- Easypaisa → Send Money → Mobile Account
- Enter the receiving number, then the amount (PKR 500+)
- Confirm with your PIN — your PIN stays on your phone. It is never typed anywhere else and never sent to anyone
- Screenshot the confirmation with the transaction ID visible
- Send the screenshot plus your account name in one message
JazzCash, step by step
Same shape:
- Confirm the current receiving number
- JazzCash → Money Transfer → Mobile Account
- Receiving number, then amount (PKR 500+)
- Confirm with your MPIN — again, it stays on your phone
- Screenshot the confirmation
- Send it with your account name
Bank transfer
Better for larger amounts, but tied to banking hours.
- Ask the desk for current account details, and whether IBFT or a same-bank transfer is faster today
- Send PKR 1,000 or more from an account in your own name
- Save the transfer confirmation with the reference number
- Send it with your account name
Transfers sent late on a Friday or across a public holiday wait for the next working day. That is the banking system rather than the desk, and no amount of chasing moves it.
What to do immediately after sending
Screenshot while it is still on screen. Retrieving a transaction ID from a statement afterwards takes ten times as long as taking a screenshot now.
Send one message containing the screenshot, your account name and the amount — everything required, in one go.
Then refresh the dashboard, not the chat. The balance is the real answer.
If the balance has not updated
Do not send the money again. A duplicate creates a second problem on top of the first, and recovering a duplicate takes far longer than tracing the original.
Instead:
- Confirm the money actually left — check your wallet’s transaction history, not just the confirmation screen
- Re-check the receiving number you used against the one you were given. A single wrong digit is the classic cause
- Send one complete message: transaction ID, exact amount, exact time, receiving number used, account name
- Wait for one reply. A transaction ID is traceable and resolves most cases in minutes
If the number you used turns out to have come from an old chat or a group post, say so immediately. Recovery is sometimes possible and always more likely the earlier it starts.
A longer walkthrough of the causes is in why a deposit hasn’t credited yet.
What a deposit never requires
- Your wallet PIN or MPIN
- An OTP arriving on your phone
- Your bank password or full card details
- A CNIC photograph
Everything a deposit legitimately needs appears on the receipt: transaction ID, amount, time, sending number. Nothing secret is involved. A request that goes beyond the receipt is not a deposit request.
First-deposit offers
Treat an offer as a decision, not a default.
Bonus credit normally carries a rollover condition — a required amount of turnover before the bonus portion becomes withdrawable. This is neither hidden nor unusual, but it does mean a balance that looks available may not be fully withdrawable yet.
So ask what the current terms are before you send. If the condition suits how you play, take it. If you would rather keep the balance entirely unrestricted, decline — a plain deposit carries no conditions at all.
Common funding mistakes
- Using a receiving number from an old chat instead of confirming it now
- Sending less than the minimum
- Funding from somebody else’s wallet
- Closing the wallet app before screenshotting
- Sending the money twice when the first has not landed
- Messaging “I have deposited” with no transaction ID
- Accepting an offer without asking what the rollover figure is
Procedure
Step by step
Confirm the receiving number now
Ask in the support conversation you already use, for this deposit. Never reuse a number from an old message and never take one posted in a group.
Check the amount clears the minimum
PKR 500 by Easypaisa or JazzCash, PKR 1,000 by bank. Under the minimum the transfer has to be returned and you pay a fee in both directions for nothing.
Send from a wallet in your own name
Deposits are matched by sender name. A transfer from a friend's or relative's wallet is the single biggest cause of a slow credit, and it creates a problem at withdrawal time too.
Screenshot before closing the app
Capture the confirmation showing the transaction ID, amount, time and receiving number. Digging it out later takes far longer.
Send one message with everything in it
The screenshot, your account name and the amount. That is all that is needed to match it, and it avoids a round of clarifying questions.
Refresh the dashboard, not the chat
Credit normally appears in one to five minutes. The balance is the answer — and under no circumstances send the money a second time.
Check the statement line
Once the balance updates, confirm the statement entry matches what you sent. Then the screenshot can go.
