A day on the desk
The account desk starts at 06:00 with overnight portal sign-ups: each is matched to a first deposit by sender name, opened on the master panel with the 30% bonus credited, and the login sent on WhatsApp — typically within five minutes of the deposit screenshot. Through the day it handles limit requests, statement questions and password resets, and reviews any account the panel flagged overnight.
The payments desk runs two shifts. The morning shift reconciles every deposit from the night before and releases withdrawals queued overnight to same-name wallets; the evening shift covers match nights, when most deposits and withdrawals happen. On the first of each month it exports the panel data behind the Account Health Index.
The dealer desk works with people who want to onboard their own users: it explains the commission share with the calculator before anyone commits, opens dealer and master panels, and checks in with new dealers during their first month.
