Your account exists on the exchange, not inside a WhatsApp conversation. If the person who opened it stops replying, the account and its balance still exist — what you have lost is your route to deposits and withdrawals. Gather your account name, recent transaction references and statement, then contact the desk directly.
- 01The account is a platform record, not a personal arrangement
- 02Your balance does not vanish when a contact does
- 03Keep your own copies of transaction references
- 04Never open a second account to escape the problem
- 05One published support number is the point of having one
It happens often enough to be worth writing down. Someone opened your account — a friend of a friend, a name from a group, a number that was active every day — and now the messages go unanswered.
The first thing to understand is the thing that makes the rest manageable.
Your account is not inside the chat
A BetPro account is a record on the exchange. It has a username, a balance, an exposure figure and a statement, and all of that exists on the platform whether any particular person replies to you or not.
What a dealer provides is a route: they take your Easypaisa transfer and credit the account, and they pay you out when you withdraw. When they go quiet, you lose the route, not the account.
That distinction matters because the panic version of this — “my money is gone” — usually is not true, and acting as if it were leads people to the one genuinely damaging response, which is opening a second account.
What to do, in order
1. Sign in and look
Before anything else, open the dashboard and check that you can sign in and what the balance says. If you can, you already have more information than most people in this situation start with, and you can read your own statement.
If you cannot sign in, that is a separate and solvable problem — start with login help or password recovery.
2. Gather what you have
Collect, in one place:
- Your account name
- The name and number the account was registered with
- Transaction references from your last few deposits and withdrawals — from your own wallet history, which nobody else controls
- Screenshots of your statement, with timestamps visible
- Roughly when the account was opened
3. Send one complete message to the published desk
Not to another individual, and not to three people at once. One message, to the number published on the contact page, containing everything from step 2 plus a plain description of what has happened.
Then ask a specific question: “What are my options for this account, and what do you need from me?” A specific question gets a specific answer.
4. Do not open a second account
This is the response to avoid, and it is the most common one.
A second account does not recover the first. It splits whatever balance you have across two records, it makes the original harder to verify because there are now two accounts with overlapping details, and it leaves you with two things to manage instead of one.
Resolve the original account. That is always the shorter path.
Why this happens at all
Usually nothing dramatic. People stop doing things — a dealer’s float runs short, the hours stop being worth it, they move on, a number changes. The account-holder side of it is invisible until suddenly it is not.
It is worth being clear that this is a structural weakness of dealing with an individual rather than a desk, not a statement about any individual. Which points straight at the prevention.
How to not be here again
Deal with a published number, not a personal one. A published number exists to be checked, to be found again, and to survive one person having a bad month. That is the entire point of publishing it.
Hold your own password. If somebody else set it and you never changed it, they hold access to your account. Change it today — it takes a minute, and it is in account security.
Keep your own transaction records. Your wallet history is yours, and nobody else can take it away. Screenshot deposits and withdrawals as you make them.
Read your statement weekly. Then you always know where you stand without having to ask anybody. This is the habit that turns a crisis into an inconvenience — see reading your statement.
Fund from your own wallet. Besides everything else, it means the payout destination is already correct and does not depend on anyone’s cooperation.
What a desk can and cannot do
Worth being straight about the limits, because a realistic expectation gets you a better answer.
Can: confirm an account exists, restore access when ownership is established, explain what the statement shows, and work through the available options for funding and payouts going forward.
Cannot: conjure a record of a transaction that never reached the platform. If money was handed to an individual and never credited to any account, that is between you and that person, and it is exactly the scenario that transaction references exist to make checkable.
Which is the real argument for keeping your own records: it is what turns “he says, she says” into something with a timestamp on it.
The short version
- Your account and balance are on the exchange, not in a chat
- Sign in and read your own statement before assuming anything
- Gather references, then send one complete message to the published number
- Never open a second account to escape the first
- Keep your own records — it is five minutes of habit that makes everything afterwards checkable
