The guides on this site are procedures: open the account, fund it, reset the password, install the app. They are short on purpose. The articles here take the questions that come up after the procedure worked — why a balance looks lower than it should, why a deposit sat for twenty minutes, what actually happens when the person who opened your account stops answering — and explain the mechanism behind each one.
Every article is written by the desk that handles those cases, checked against transactions it actually processed, and carries two dates: when it was published and when its figures were last re-checked. If a figure changes, the article changes and the date moves. If you find something that is wrong, message the desk with the sentence in question.
